Registration data including participant name, jersey size, category cannot be changed after the registration is completed.
Apabila saya telah melakukan pendaftaran, bisakah orang lain menggantikan posisi  saya?

 

Peserta tidak diperkenankan untuk digantikan oleh orang lain.

Apakah ada podium atau hadiah untuk kategori 5K?

Kategori 5K merupakan kategori non-kompetitif dan tidak menyediakan podium atau hadiah juara.
Peserta yang menyelesaikan lomba sesuai dengan Rules & Regulations tetap berhak mendapatkan finisher entitlements yang berlaku.		 Is there a podium or prize for the 5K category?

The 5K category is a non-competitive category and does not offer podium placements or prize awards.
Participants who complete the race in accordance with the Rules & Regulations will still be entitled to receive the applicable finisher entitlements.

No, the organizer will not accept race pack collection outside of the scheduled times.
Apakah saya bisa mengambil paket lomba di hari pelaksanaan lomba?

Tidak, panitia tidak melayani pengambilan paket lomba diluar hari, tempat dan waktu yang telah ditentukan.

 Can I collect my race pack on the race day?

No, the organizer will not accept race pack collection on the race day.
Apakah paket lomba saya bisa dikirimkan?

Paket lomba tidak dapat dikirimkan. Peserta wajib mengambil paket lomba secara langsung atau dapat diwakilkan oleh pihak lain pada hari, lokasi, dan waktu pengambilan yang telah ditentukan.

Pengecualian: Pengiriman paket lomba hanya tersedia bagi peserta yang membeli room package.

 Can my race pack be mailed to me?

Race packs will not be delivered. Participants must collect their race packs in person or may authorize a representative to collect them on their behalf at the designated date, time, and location.

Exception: Race pack delivery is only available for participants who purchase a room package.

You must present your race pack collection email with a barcode to show a proof of your registration and a form of identification for verification by our staff.

Ya bisa, pengambilan paket lomba Anda dapat diwakilkan, dengan membawa persyaratan lengkap berupa :

Surat kuasa dalam bentuk cetak yang telah diisi pemilik paket lomba.

Email bukti pendaftaran atau email tiket pengambilan paket lomba dalam bentuk cetak yang terdapat barcodenya.

Identitas pemberi kuasa dan identitas penerima kuasa yang dibawa dalam bentuk cetak.

 Can I delegate the collection of my race pack?

Yes, you can. The collection of your race pack can be delegated by bringing the required documents such as:

Printed letter of authorization signed by the owner of the race pack

Printed proof of registration or race pack collection ticket with a barcode.

Printed proof of identification of the person giving the authorization and the person authorized to collect the race pack.
Berapa banyak paket lomba yang dapat diambil oleh perwakilan?

Pengambilan jumlah kolektif untuk paket lomba dibatasi hanya 3 (tiga) paket. Apabila melebihi dari ketentuan yang sudah ditetapkan, maka perwakilan pengambil paket lomba harus mengulang antrian dan memberi kesempatan peserta lain untuk mengambil paket lomba mereka terlebih dahulu.

 How many race packs can be collected by a representative?

The maximum number of race pack can be collected by a person is 3 (three) race packs. If the number exceeds the limit set, then the representative must start over the process and stand behind the queueing line to give a chance for other participants to collect their race packs.

Bagaimana pelari yang terkena COP?

Pelari akan diberhentikan oleh petugas yang berada di masing-masing titik COP. Bagi pelari yang terkena COP tidak dapat lagi melanjutkan lomba larinya. 

 What happens if a runner didn’t pass the COP in time?

The runner will be stopped by race staff at each COP. Runners who missed the COP deadline will not be able to continue to run. will be transported safely to Race Central.
Bagaimana cara pelari yang terkena COP menuju ke titik finish?

Panitia akan menyediakan transportasi bagi pelari yang terkena COP, menuju Race Central.

 How does a runner who missed the COP deadline travel to the finish point?

Runners will be transported safely to Race Central.
Apakah peserta diperbolehkan berlari bersama hewan peliharaan di rute lomba?

 

Tidak. Demi keselamatan, kenyamanan, dan keadilan seluruh peserta, berlari bersama hewan peliharaan tidak diperbolehkan di sepanjang rute lomba.

 Can I race with my pet on the course?

No. For safety, comfort, and fairness reasons, running with pets is strictly prohibited on the race course.
Apakah peserta diperbolehkan menggunakan sepeda, sepatu roda, atau stroller bayi selama lomba?

 

Tidak. Penggunaan sepeda, sepatu roda, stroller bayi, maupun perangkat beroda lainnya tidak diperbolehkan di rute lomba karena dapat membahayakan keselamatan peserta lain dan mengganggu kelancaran lomba.

 

 Are participants allowed to use bicycles, roller skates, or baby strollers during the race?

No. The use of bicycles, roller skates, baby strollers, or any other wheeled devices is strictly prohibited on the race course, as it may pose safety risks and disrupt race operations.
Apakah ada pacers yang disediakan oleh panitia?

Ya ada, pacer akan ada, Informasi terkait cara group pacer akan diinformasikan kembali di waktu yang akan datang.

 Will the organizers be providing running pacers?

Yes, we will. Information on pacer groups will be announced later.
Apakah panitia menyediakan layanan penitipan barang (bag deposit)?

Ya. Panitia menyediakan layanan penitipan barang (bag deposit) bagi peserta pada area yang telah ditentukan.
Panitia tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan barang berharga yang dititipkan.		 Is a bag deposit service provided?

Yes. A bag deposit service will be provided for participants at designated areas.
The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of valuables left in the bag deposit area
